Due to the evolution of a commercial property the current landscape may not "fit" anymore. Sometimes, this is due to expansion or building renovation and the current landscape may be damaged or removed in areas all together. Suburban was founded by the premise of maintenance. Mowing was the first service we offered over 30 years ago. We stock several different types of mulch throughout the entire season so we always have product on hand. We purchase the highest quality mulch we can find, which is all locally sourced right here in Michigan. Whether it's a simple refresh or a complete new installation, we have the experience and ability to handle any job that comes our way. 

Spring & Fall Clean Ups are an important part of any maintenance program.

 Spring Clean ups are the kick off of the landscaping season. Our crews will come out to your property and give a detailed clean up of all the debris that collected throughout the winter months such as leaves, twigs, trash, etc. from the landscape and lawn areas. We will also provide the first mowing of the season. Any ornamental grasses that need to be cut back will also be completed. 

Our Fall Clean Ups consist of our crews cleaning out all landscape beds of all leaves and debris, cutting back any perennials, removing and disposing any leaves and debris from the lawn along with providing a final mow for the season.  

With both these services all the debris is hauled away and disposed of off site properly and to legal standards.
